Ex-Green Beret speaker at SIR 92
Tuesday March 13th - 11:00amKirk Moeller will be the speaker at the next SIR Branch 92 luncheon on Tuesday, March 13, discussing “The National Military Counter Terrorism Strategy of the U.S.” Moeller is a consultant to various defense organizations at the tactical, operational, and strategic level. He served for over 28 years in the Army as a member if the Special Forces (Green Berets), followed by 11 years working as the Deputy Director for Operations at the Special Operations Command Pacific. This should be an extremely interesting program.
SIR Branch 92 is a local club for retired gentlemen that meets on the second Tuesday of each month at Berger Center. Meetings include a social hour beginning at 11 a.m., with bar service and a sit down lunch at noon with a choice of three entrees, a salad and dessert. There are also social activities throughout the year, such as winery tours and tastings, day trips to Bay Area landmarks, winery plays, concerts and more.
