Glen Ellen Forum August meeting

Monday August 6th 2018 - 6:30pm to

The next Glen Ellen Forum meeting will be on Monday, Aug. 6, at 6:30 p.m., at the Garden Court Café in Glen Ellen.

In addition to having a regular meeting, the Aug. 6 meeting will have two speakers. One is Erika Klohe of CA Hope, which provides post-fire crisis counseling and disaster recovery education through community outreach. The other is Nick Dalton, assistant director of the Hanna Institute, a proponent of trauma-informed care.

The Forum started in 2016 to build a stronger Glen Ellen community and to give residents a unified voice in countywide issues that affect the area. Since its inception, the forum has worked on a variety of issues related to fire relief, community engagement, the future of the Sonoma Developmental Center, traffic and safety, community projects, the environment, and more. Anyone can come to a forum meeting, so come and give your input on issues you care about.
