Intern wanted for Hungarian winery

Sonoma-Tokaj Sister City Committee is seeking a Sonoma wine intern to work crush in Tokaj, Hungary, this September through November.

The program offers a unique wine and cultural experience working the Hungarian harvest. Sonoma and Tokaj have been Sister Cities since 2012, and as part of this cultural exchange, wine interns from Sonoma are sent to work the crush in Tokaj. The Committee will provide up to $1,200 toward the price of the round-trip airfare, and Tokaj Winery will provide room and board, and a small stipend for leading English-speaking tours of the winery, should they be requested.

Sister City members in Tokaj will provide cultural programs during the weekend or non-working hours. Must be 21 or older, drive and have some winery experience. Resume with cover letter is due no later than Friday, March 30, via email, to tokaj2@sonomasistercitiesassociation.org.
