Gardening 101 at Quarryhill

Quarryhill Botanical Garden

Saturday October 17th 2015 - 10:00am to

On Saturday, Oct. 17, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., Master Gardener David Gould will be at Quarryhill Botanical Garden to give a free talk entitled “Gardening 101: Just the Basics.” Successful gardening comes from following some basic principles and Gould will guide you through many of those principles, some of which you may already know, but also some that might be new to your way of gardening.

Gould retired in December of 2009 and joined the Sonoma County Master Gardeners shortly thereafter, graduating with the class of 2010. As a Master Gardener, he is involved with the Sudden Oak Death educational program, works with school children at the Sonoma Garden Park, and gives talks on various gardening subjects.

Space is limited, so sign up today. You can reserve your seat for this free talk by calling 996-3166. Quarryhill Botanical Garden is located at 12841 Sonoma Hwy. in Glen Ellen. For more information on this event or others at Quarryhill, visit www.quarryhillbg.org.
