Trail work day at Annadel

Trione-Annadel State Park

Saturday June 18th 2016 - 9:00am to

The next Sonoma County Trails Council volunteer work day to maintain the trails at Annadel State Park is Saturday, June 18, from 9 a.m. to about 1 p.m. Work will be done on the Canyon Trail to help it deal with next winter’s rains.

Meet at 9 a.m. at the Oak Knolls parking area at Spring Lake Regional Park (where the horse trailers park, near the gate to Annadel.) Enter from Newanga Ave. Look for the white SCTC tool trailer. Parking passes will be provided, as well as tools and Clif bars, with snacks and beverages afterwards.

Bring gloves, a hat and water that you can take with you while working, and wear long pants, boots or sturdy shoes and sunscreen. No experience necessary – tools and trained crew leaders will be provided, with tasks for all strengths and sizes of volunteers. Reply to trailscouncil@sonic.net if you plan to attend. Questions, call Ken at 538-9389.
