Volunteer for Sugarloaf trail work


Sugarloaf State Park

Saturday October 1st 2016 - 9:00am to 1:00pm

Join us on Saturday, Oct. 1 for a Sonoma County Trails Council volunteer trail work day at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park from 9 a.m. to about 1 p.m. We will continue working on Vista Trail.

Meet us at 9 a.m. at the white barn (horse trailer parking area) at the end of Adobe Canyon Road (if someone’s at the entry booth, tell them you are a volunteer for trail work). We will provide parking passes, tools and Clif bars with beverages and snacks afterwards.

Bring gloves, a hat and water that you can take with you while working, and wear long pants, boots or hiking shoes and sunscreen. No experience necessary — we have tools and trained crew leaders with tasks for all strengths and sizes of volunteers.
