Glen Ellen Church to mark pastors’ 10 years

Glen Ellen Community Church

Sunday September 17th 2017 - 10:00am to

This Sunday, Sept. 17, friends and congregants of Glen Ellen Community Church will mark the 10th anniversary of Pastors Jim and Brenda Hill with a service of thanksgiving and praise. Looking forward to the celebration, Church Board Chairperson Marilyn Lewis said, “We are truly grateful to our Lord for bringing Jim and Brenda to us, where they have continued to provide Bible-based preaching, a love and care for the membership here, and they have challenged us to be a blessing to others by meeting the needs of those whom God has placed across our path.”

“God has been faithful to GECC over the past decade – during times where many have been financially impacted by the recession and where others have gone through difficult personal challenges. It is truly a blessing to serve here,” Pastor Jim said recently.

Sunday Worship at Glen Ellen Community Church is at 10 a.m., and the church is located behind the post office at 5311 O’Donnell Lane in Glen Ellen. For more information, please contact the church at 996-1479.
