Would your dog like a job?

Saturday October 20th 2018 - 10:00am to

Have you ever thought that your friendly dog could make contribution to the local community?

Paws for Healing is a nonprofit canine-assisted therapy organization based in the North Bay looking for some special people (and dogs) to visit hospitals, schools and other Sonoma County facilities. Training and mentoring are provided. Most dogs love having something special to do. Wouldn’t you like to give your dog (and yourself) an important new way to bring happiness to others in our community? Paws for Healing brings friendly canines to Spring Lake Village, Friends House, Memorial Hospital and more.

There will be an orientation meeting in Oakmont on Saturday, Oct. 20, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Learn more about the program and meet two canine assistance team dogs. Please no dogs or small children.

For questions or to reserve a seat, call Donna Forst at 978-2511.
