Bill and Dave Hike features two loops in Sugarloaf

Sugarloaf State Park

Saturday January 12th 2019 - 10:00am to

On Saturday, Jan. 12, Bill and Dave Hikes will lead a group along two lower trails within Sugarloaf Ridge State Park and appreciate the beauty of the waterfall. Meet at the White Barn parking lot at 9:45 a.m. for a prompt 10 a.m. departure. The group will first hike a three-mile lower loop taking in the waterfall, and then follow up with a three-mile upper loop with lunch along the banks of the Sonoma Creek and a stop at the former Camp Butler. The total elevation gain for both loops is 800 feet. Plan to wear layered clothing and bring a lunch and ample liquids. Hike rain or shine and be aware that there is, or soon will be, a $10 ($8 senior) vehicle fee to enter the park. For more information, contact Bill at 833-6288, Dave at 539-8847, or visit their website at www.billanddavehikes.com.
