Saturday, Sept. 27, is the date for the annual celebration of Sonoma County’s best winemakers and chefs, as the Harvest Fair awards are announced. This is the prelude to the Sonoma County Harvest Fair the following weekend (Oct. 3-5). Long considered the most important evening in Sonoma Wine Country, winemakers, chefs, restaurateurs, and wine and food aficionados gather to find out who is the best of the best, while enjoying exquisite foods and wines. Admission ($65) includes commemorative glass, tasting plate and unlimited wine and food tasting from more than 150 of Sonoma County’s best wineries, restaurateurs and caterers.
