The Sonoma Ecology Center and the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District will be facilitating a Stewardship Workday at the Montini Open Space Preserve on Saturday, Sept. 11, from 9 a.m. to noon.

This workday is open to the public, and will be a great opportunity for the community to get involved with the incredible Montini Preserve, which is the beautiful backdrop to the City of Sonoma. Volunteers will be flagging oak saplings, mapping them for future research, and picking up trash.

Please RSVP by Friday, Sept. 10. Drop in volunteers will be welcome as space permits. We will meet in the parking lot adjacent to the Police Station on First St. West.
