“Getting Your Financial House in Order” will be the topic at a seminar on Feb. 17, 11am to 1:30pm, at the Quail Inn in Oakmont, 7035 Oakmont Drive.
The seminar is free and there will be a complimentary catered lunch.
Topics include estate planning, elder care, wealth management, cash flow optimization, and how to net more from the sale of your home.
Presenters will be Robert Schwartz, Senior Managing Director of First Republic Bank in Santa Rosa; John Antonini, Managing Partner of Antonini CPAs in Santa Rosa; and Jerilynn Babington, a realtor with Coldwell Banker in Santa Rosa.
Schwartz will tackle the following subjects: an approach to wealth management, where interest rates may be headed and how to position your portfolio in response, and the current state of the banking industry.
Antonini will speak on strategic life planning and implementation, estate planning and the new changes in the law, and cash flow for seniors.
Babington will discuss how to get your product “market ready,” staging and property preparations with a customized marketing plan, and how to net more from the sale of your property.
