Glen Ellen Church holds Live Nativity

Glen Ellen Community Church

Saturday December 17th 2011 - 0 to

The Glen Ellen Community Church performs its annual “Live Nativity” on Dec. 17 beginning at 6 p.m., with encores continuing every 20 minutes or so. In between the telling of the First Christmas Story, friends and guests can visit with the manger animals, enjoy a cookie or two, and meet other seekers of holiday merriment and meaning. The church is located at 5311 O’Donnell Lane in Glen Ellen. Be sure to dress warmly, as there will be a chill in the air. We are sure you will enjoy the holiday season much more after a trip to the Glen Ellen Community Church.

On Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, at 4:30 p.m., there will be an old-fashioned Christmas Eve candle lighting service, with Christmas carols and reading from scripture of that old, old story, and concluding with everyone lighting their own candle as we sing “Silent Night” together.

Come and join us and be a part of this wonderful season. For more information, please contact Pastor Jim Hill at 996-1479.
