March 15, 2021 – The following are some of the recent calls from the Glen Ellen and Kenwood area responded to by the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Sonoma Valley Substation.
Feb. 7 A man at the Glen Ellen Coin Laundry on London Ranch Road called to report that after suggesting another patron put on a mask, the patron became belligerent and assaulted him. A deputy responded, but the maskless patron had left with his laundry running. The caller said he did not want to press charges. The Deputy suggested that the caller temporarily leave the area and do his laundry at a later time.
Feb. 8 A suspicious Oldsmobile was reported on the 15000 block of Lawndale Rd.
Feb. 12 A caller from the 100 block of Cavedale Rd. reported hearing tires spinning and an engine revving near the bridge and was concerned that someone might be stuck in the mud.
Feb. 13 A caller from the 13000 block of Arnold Dr. reported that her neighbor was playing loud music and not responding to her texts. A Deputy responded, but did not hear music.
Feb. 13 A neighbor near Sonoma Hwy. and Hoff Rd. reported hearing promiscuous shooting. A Deputy responded and determined that the shots were from a pellet gun.
