Talking turkey with local pros
By Paul Goguen
With the Thanksgiving holiday coming up we thought it could be useful to sus out where one can order a pre-cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the valley. Because sometimes during the holidays, it is nice to have a pro do all the cooking, allowing you more time for entertaining friends and family or breaking up political and/or familial skirmishes in your living room. Since this article will run before the actual holiday, please understand that I haven’t tried any of these offerings and assume no liability in the event of cold turkey; two words you can’t say around Uncle Tony. Credible rumors of a turkey shortage are motivation enough to secure your spot early, although I see no sign of said shortage in my back yard.
