For the past year-ish, Palooza has adapted its restaurant service, requiring diners to order at the register, then have food and beverages delivered to their tables.
As of early November, Palooza has 86’d that format and returned to full-service inside and outside dining. Don’t miss the wood-fired pizzas, Chicago dog, or the pan-seared salmon with mushroom risotto, with a caper and cherry tomato beurre blanc sauce.
Hours are Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday, 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
