Il Fuoco opens in former Cochon Volant space

Local restauranteur Rob Larman has converted his Cochon Volant (flying pig in French) smokehouse to a restaurant featuring Italian fare and centered around an impressive new wood-burning pizza oven. Handmade pies, meatballs, and arancini are all on offer, among other items. The space, located at 18350 Sonoma Highway in the Springs, has indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is available.
