Sushi classes at Séamus in Kenwood

Chef Edward Metcalf is back at Séamus Wines in Kenwood offering handson sushi classes. The twohour class includes dinner, recipes, a hands on lesson, a sourcing guide, and of course wine that pairs perfectly with your sushi creations. No experience necessary.

Classes are currently scheduled for 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, April 1; Saturday April 2; Friday, April 14; and Saturday, April 15; and from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 5.

The class is usually $240 per person, but Chef Metcalf is currently offering a locals’ discount of $150 per person including wine.
