You’ll find “Jack’s Shop” in the House of Happy Walls in Jack London State Historic Park. The quaint gift shop sells lots of interesting items, including annual park passes, books, journals, and other items that are easy to give and fun to receive. The shop sells special “museum editions” of London’s most popular works, such as The Call of the Wild, Sea Wolf, and To Build a Fire. The annual park pass makes a great gift, and is also valid for entrance to Sugarloaf Ridge State Park, just 8 miles away in Kenwood. Who doesn’t need a Kenwood Press hat, T-shirt, or subscription to the best newspaper in the Sonoma Valley? Each are around $30 and help keep the lights on at the newsroom. Sugarloaf Wine Co. will welcome the public for a holiday trunk show on Sat., Nov. 19, and Sun., Nov. 20, from noon to 3 p.m. Sip and shop for holiday gifts including custom-made greeting cards, scarves, jewelry, floral arrangements, and more. The shop plans to make this an annual event. Sugarloaf is located at 6705 Christo Lane, off Sonoma Highway opposite the entrance to Oakmont.

Hamilton Family Wines

Aside from small-batch, hand-crafted wines, Hamilton Family Wines now hosts a holiday wine bazaar, featuring a selection of Wine Country lifestyle gifts and merchandise.
