Art class at Jack London State Park

On Sunday, June 8, at Jack London State Historic Park, learn how to take your creativity to a new level while enjoying the outdoors in a novel, innovative art class, “Watercolors on the Fly,” taught by artist Valorie Bader.

Learn skills to complete a painting in a half hour while enjoying a hike. This class is for anyone who loves nature, wants to develop a keener eye for painting, and practice a little eye-hand coordination. For beginners as well as experienced painters.

The class lasts from 10 a.m. to noon. Meet in the ranch parking lot, 2400 London Ranch road in Glen Ellen.

Check on for suggestions from Valorie on what to wear and bring, and to register for the class.

Cost of the class is $20, which includes parking. Space is limited. Call 938-5216 for more information.
