KCC Annual Holiday Potluck set for Dec. 4

Everyone is invited to the Kenwood Depot on Saturday, Dec. 1, at 4 p.m. for the annual Kenwood Community Club's Holiday Potluck social, kicking off the season with food, beverages and neighborly cheer.

This year, the Maria Carrillo High School Jazz Choir will again share their wonderful holiday music. Ask anyone who heard them last year - you won't want to miss it!

Ham and turkey will be provided by KCC Board members and there will be a no-host bar with wine and beer, along with water and soda - all the ingredients needed for a first-rate holiday gathering to meet new friends and talk to old ones.

Everyone else is invited to bring side dishes, desserts, and appetizers - your own creation or off-the-shelf - according to the following suggestions. If your last name begins with:

A-F - bring desserts

G-L - bring entrees

M-R - bring salads

S-Z - bring appetizers

Of course, if you have something special to share, don't feel constrained by this list.

The Kenwood Depot is owned and operated by the Kenwood Community Club, whose directors meet monthly to care for the property and manage the events and gatherings that happen there. One of the Depot's missions is to be a social hub for Kenwood, Glen Ellen and the North Sonoma Valley, and everyone who lives here should know that this marvelous facility is here to be enjoyed. The KCC Board of Directors consists of Nazar Eljumaily, Liz Parsons, Nigel Hall, Denise Benguerel, and Jay Gamel. We hope to see you at the party and wish you a grand holiday season to celebrate the yearly transition to winter and renewal of hope that follows.

We welcome your presence and support for this Kenwood legacy. Please consider a donation or membership. You can accomplish either by going to www.kenwooddepot.com.
