Transcendence Theatre offers online classes

Transcendence Theatre Company (TTC) Teaching Artists were scheduled to provide six weeks of on-campus Arts Integrated Curriculum to Dunbar Elementary students beginning March 23. However, in response to Covid-19, all Sonoma Valley Unified School District schools have suspended site-based classes until at least May 1.

In order to continue to serve, TTC’s Education Team has created online classes/packets for students grades 1st-3rd and English Language Development courses for grades 4th and 5th. The hope is that this would be an at-home educational resource for students and their families to continue learning during this time.

All TTC curriculum is developed alongside Common Core state standards, Visual and Performing Arts standards, and English Language Development standards.

To connect, just go to www.transcendencetheatre.org, drop down the “Events” menu, click on “Learn @ Home” and have fun while you learn!

In addition to the curriculum programs, there are additional creative activities for ages 3-18. Looking for something creative for your kids while you all stay at home? Then don’t miss this opportunity.
