Firing up the grill for first responders

Tips Roadside in Kenwood is once again answering the call of duty to feed firefighters in the midst of disaster. Andrew and Susie Pryfogle, the proprietors of the Tips Tri-Tip Trolley and TIPS Roadside restaurant provided over 5,000 meals to first responders during the fires of 2017. They have served over 800 meals to firefighters since the beginning of the Glass Fire. Mageeb Hasan, owner of Rancho Market and Deli, local real estate agent Holly Bennett, Ari Weiswasser of the Glen Ellen Star, Mary’s Pizza Shack, and Instagram influencer @whiskeyandlace are among the many generous donors who have worked to secure food and cash donations and delivery support. Shown here at Calistoga Road and Highway 12.
