Watch “White Fang” at JLSP
Once again the Old Winery Ruins will provide an enchanted backdrop for movie night at Jack London State Historic Park. White Fang, based on a Jack London story, will be screened just after sunset on Sunday, Oct. 2. Bring a picnic to enjoy before the show, and watch the sun go down over London’s beloved Beauty Ranch. There will be local wines for sale, along with cold drinks and peanuts. This fundraiser, hosted by Valley of the Moon Natural History Association, will benefit efforts to keep the park open and operating. An auction of winning park photographs will take place before the show starts.
“Save our Park” reserved seating is $25 per person; open seating $10 per person. Children under 12 are free. Tickets are on sale at the park museum (Thursday-Monday) and park cottage (Sat. and Sun.) In Sonoma, buy tickets at Readers’ Books, East Napa Street. Tickets are also available at the event, and online at www.jacklondonpark.com/paylink.htm.
Bring your friends, your family, your neighbors, and enjoy a community evening under the stars! For more information go to www.jacklondonpark.com.
