Cur-ville music festival returns to Kenwood





The annual backyard music festival, hosted by Dale Geist and Laura Hinerfeld of Kenwood, will return on Saturday, Aug. 10, from noon to 8:30 p.m. The event features artists from Sonoma Valley and beyond on two stages, including The David Thom Band, Spark & Whisper, Adam Traum, Under the Radar, JL Stiles, Michael McNevin, and Festival of Friends. Family-friendly, the event also includes a Kidsí Area and farm animals, plus Lagunitas on tap, Chichamís Gourmet Food Truck, campfire jams in the evening, and free camping for those wishing (or needing) to stay over. All this is scheduled to take place at The Rockiní Heart Ranchito at 361 Lawndale Road in Kenwood. Proceeds benefit The Hootenanny Institute and Bread & Roses. Cost is a suggested donation of $20, kids under 12 free. Find out more information at www.cur-ville.com.
