Gorin appoints Sonoma Valley aide
First District County Supervisor Susan Gorin has added Jennifer Gray as a part-time board aide to her district staff. Gray will work two thirds of her time solely in the Sonoma Valley assisting with constituent issues, scheduling and representing the Supervisor throughout the community when Supervisor Gorin is unable to do so.
“I am so pleased that Jennifer chose to join our team,” Gorin stated. “In addition to an amazing set of skills that will assist us in the day-to-day work of the district, Jennifer was raised in the Sonoma Valley and possesses an insider’s knowledge of the community.”
Gray grew up on a farm in Schellville and graduated from Sonoma Valley High School. She attended Santa Rosa Junior College, Dominican University and received her master’s in public administration from the University of Southern California. Gray taught at Ursuline High School for 10 years, and most recently has been a consultant for nonprofit organizations specializing in leadership, management, strategic planning, and program evaluation. She has also volunteered with La Luz Center for the last year.
Gray’s office will be located at 810 Grove Street and she can be reached at Jennifer.Gray@sonoma-county.org.
