SVUSD Kindergarten Registration



Registration Information Meeting:

Wednesday, Jan. 21, 5 to 6 p.m. Presentation in English. Childcare available.

Sonoma Valley High School, 20000 Broadway.

Kindergarten Registration

Wednesday, Feb. 4, 4 to 7 p.m.

Register at your neighborhood school.

Mix and Mingle with SVUSD staff and families, 6 to 6:30 p.m.

6:30 to 7:30 p.m., presentation in Spanish.

Dunbar - 11700 Dunbar Road

El Verano - 18606 Riverside Dr.

Flowery - 17600 Sonoma Hwy.

Prestwood - 343 East MacArthur St.

Sassarini - 652 Fifth St. West

Registration packets will be available at the information meetings, online at www.svusdca.org and at the district office and elementary schools starting Jan. 21.

Registration requirements:

1. Child must be five years of age on or before Sept. 1, 2015. Birth certificate required.

2. An up-to-date immunization record must be presented.

3. Two current proofs of address must be presented (example: lease agreement, current bill to address, etc.) If your child is turning five years of age between Sept. 2 and Dec. 2, 2015 you may have the option to enroll your child in our transitional kindergarten program.
