Wine Country Film Festival coming up; volunteers needed

Wine Country Film Festival coming up; volunteers needed

Wine Country’s original film festival is a celebration of cinema, the arts, and cultural exchange. WCFF runs Sept 16-21. Venues include Deerfield Ranch Winery (DRW), Orpheus Wines, and The KenWood Restaurant in Kenwood, and Dunbar Elementary School in Glen Ellen. Each venue is transformed into a state-of-the-art screening space.

This popular community event is produced by the Society for the Advancement of the Arts and Film, a non-profit educational organization. Net proceeds will be given to the Garden Program at Dunbar School.

Local Passes are now on sale for $75, good for all film screenings and events. Purchase Local Passes at Individual film tickets are also available day of show.

Currently there’s a call for ushers, and film ticket and food concession sellers. Please contact the following volunteer coordinators: Mary Millan (Deerfield Ranch Winery venue) at; Lawrence Ricardo (Orpheus Winery venue) at; and Justine Gotthardt (The KenWood venue) at If you are interested in being part of the Technical Team (projection and sound), please contact Lawrence.
