SVCAC to review restaurant design
The former Uncle Patty’s Bar & Grill site on Boyes Boulevard is being turned into a new restaurant, and the Sonoma Valley Citizens Advisory Commission (SVCAC) will review the proposed design at its June 22 meeting.
Under the proposal, the existing 4,760-square-foot building would be demolished and replaced with a 1,584-square-foot restaurant and bar. In addition, there would be a 1,620-square-foot landscaped garden and seasonal dining patio. The address is 15 Boyes Blvd., just off of Sonoma Highway in the Springs area.
The SVCAC reviews development projects in Sonoma Valley and makes recommendations to the appropriate Sonoma County or City of Sonoma planning officials.
The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. in the Sonoma Police Department’s Community Room, 177 First St. West, Sonoma. For more information about the June 22 meeting or the SVCAC in general, contact Pat Gilardi, district director to Supervisor Susan Gorin at email@example.com.
