Crime Watch: an alternate version
The following are a few recent reports we somehow missed.
A woman parking at the market said that someone told her to “Have a Good Day” and she did not know the person.
A man called to say that when he had arrived home he was upset. He said that after a bit, he was not.
A resident on Green Street called to report that while he was in the backyard the sidewalk in front of his house had been moved.
Deputies were called regarding a dispute over the name of a dog. One of the parties said a man had called her dog “Good Boy,” but that was not the dog’s name.
A resident in the 200 block of Mountain Road called to say that the colors in the sunset had gotten out of hand.
A worker at a business on Village Lane reported that he had worked eight hours on the job and was tired.
It was reported that rocks were found near the creek.
A resident on Leaf Road called to report that she had not seen her neighbor since yesterday.
Deputies got a call about music. The resident said he did not know the song and was unable to hum along.
There was a report that a frozen turkey had gone missing.
A call came in about leaves falling off of trees and that this had been going on for a month or so.
A caller reported that there were not enough days in the month. The dispatcher told her that there would be one additional day in December. The caller said, “OK.”
