Backyard Naturalist Program highlights native oaks


Bouverie Audubon Preserve

Saturday October 13th 2012 - 9:30am to 2:00pm

Sonoma County is home to 10 species of oaks (eight trees and two shrubs) with nine species occurring at the 535-acre Bouverie Preserve in Glen Ellen, making the location a perfect outdoor classroom. You can learn all about Sonoma’s oak trees at Bouverie’s Fall Backyard Naturalist Program. See this story.
