Art of Eating benefit at Bouverie Preserve

The theme this yearís Art of Eating fundraiser at Bouverie Preserve is ďa vintage country picnic,Ē featuring the regionís finest food and beverages, on Sunday, May 18, 12:30-4:30 p.m.
The event will honor of environmental pioneer Martin Griffin, founder of Audubon Canyon Ranch (ACR) which operates the Bouverie Preserve, and winery pioneer Carolyn Wente, CEO and fourth generation grape grower. There will also be silent and live auctions featuring rare, private access to ACRís preserves.
The Art of Eating event is inspired by the life of M.F.K. Fisher, whose book, The Art of Eating, changed the way we think about eating and drinking in America. Fisher spent the last two decades of her life living at the Bouverie Preserve.
The proceeds from this event will benefit the education programs of ACR, Bouverie Preserve is located at located at 13935 Sonoma Hwy. in Glen Ellen.
