Annadel trail work day

Trione-Annadel State Park

Saturday January 16th 2016 - 9:00am to

The Sonoma County Trails Council is holding a volunteer trail work day in Annadel State Park on Saturday, Jan. 16, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Volunteers will be working on the North Burma Trail to help it handle the winter rains.

Meet at 9 a.m. at the bottom of North Burma Trail on Channel Drive (past the gate at the Annadel Visitor Center). Look for the white SCTC tool trailer. Parking passes, tools and Clif bars will be provided, with snacks and beverages afterwards.

Rain cancels the trail work.

Bring gloves, a hat and water that you can take with you while working, and wear long pants, boots or hiking shoes.

No experience is necessary. There are tools and trained crew leaders with tasks for all strengths and sizes of volunteers.

In order to make sure there are enough tools and after-work beverages please reply to trailscouncil@sonic.net if you plan to attend.

Call Ken Wells at 538-9389 with any questions.
