Exploring Sonoma County’s Geology


Sugarloaf State Park

Sunday September 10th 2017 - 6:00pm to

Sept. 10, 6-8 p.m.

Seasoned Sea Ranch geologist, Thomas Cochrane, author of the recently published Shaping the Sonoma-Mendocino Coast – Exploring the Coastal Geology of Northern California (River Beach Press), will lead the curious on a virtual geology tour up the coast of California, from Bodega Bay to Elk. This event will be held at the Robert Ferguson Observatory. Audience Q&A will follow and autographed copies of his new book will be available. Tickets: $10.
