“Service above Self” is the motto of Rotary International, a worldwide service organization focused on helping others. You can find out more by visiting the Rotary Club of Glen Ellen-Kenwood, which meets on the first and third Wednesdays of the month, 5:30-7 p.m. at the Kenwood Depot, 314 Warm Springs Road.
Your first meeting is free, and after that it’s $10. Hors d’oeuvres are served, there’s a no-host bar, and you’ll always hear an interesting speaker.
The Rotary Club of Glen Ellen-Kenwood has been involved in a number of local and international service projects, ranging from fire relief efforts at home to helping improve water systems in Latin America.
