Sugarloaf State Park

Thursday October 17th 2019 - 10:00am to

Are you missing your beloved trees, your home, your sense of trust or safety? This event is for anyone who still feels they are suffering negative affects from our recent fires or floods. A sensory immersion experience, inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, this walk has the potential to restore a sense of calm, safety and inner peace. Experience a leisurely stroll of less than one mile on a well maintained trail with a series of invitations to enliven your sense of smell, sound, sight, ending with a sharing circles to enhance the connection to nature and each other. Event is free. RSVP at www.brownpapertickets.com.
