Beginning Hiking for Fitness

This January, get in shape and see the natural world with an eight-week beginning Hiking for Fitness program. The program leaders will guide you on a series of weekly hikes with the challenge increasing each week, along with gear and fitness tips. The group’s final hike aims for the picnic table past Neptune on Sugarloaf’s Planet Walk, where hikers can enjoy the beautiful vistas.
