Camp Recreation fundraiser

Star of the Valley Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus will sponsor a day of golf, cocktails, dinner, and a live and silent auction to raise funds for Camp Recreation, a program that gives developmentally disabled persons of all ages and faiths the opportunity to experience summer camp in the Sierras.
Activities will start at noon on Oakmont’s East Course with a putting and chipping contest followed by a 9-hole Shamble with cash prizes. Golf fees are $25 per person (cart not included.) Dinner and no-host cocktails start at 5 p.m. in the Star of the Valley Parish Hall at 495 White Oak Dr. The cost for dinner is $16 per person.
